CVSS v3.1 |
| YoutubeDLSharp is a wrapper for the command-line video downloaders youtube-dl and yt-dlp. In versions starting from 1.0.0-beta4 and prior to 1.1.2, an unsafe conversion of arguments allows the injection of a malicious commands when starting `yt-dlp` from a commands prompt running on Windows OS with the `UseWindowsEncodingWorkaround` value defined to true (default behavior). If a user is using built-in methods from the YoutubeDL.cs file, the value is true by default and a user cannot disable it from these methods. This issue has been patched in version 1.1.2. |
| An OS command injection vulnerability in lib/NSSDropoff.php in ZendTo 5.24-3 through 6.x before 6.10-7 allows unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via shell metacharacters in the tmp_name parameter when dropping off a file via a POST /dropoff request. |
| Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command ('OS Command Injection') vulnerability in Newtec/iDirect NTC2218, NTC2250, NTC2299 on Linux, PowerPC, ARM allows Local Code Inclusion. This issue affects NTC2218, NTC2250, NTC2299: from 1.0.1.1 through 2.2.6.19.
The `commit_multicast` page used to configure multicasts in the modem's web administration interface uses improperly parses incoming data from the request before passing it to an `eval` statement in a bash script. This allows attackers to inject arbitrary shell commands. |
| An OS command injection vulnerability exists in WebTester version 5.x via the install2.php installation script. The parameters cpusername, cppassword, and cpdomain are passed directly to shell commands without sanitization. A remote unauthenticated attacker can exploit this flaw by sending a crafted HTTP POST request, resulting in arbitrary command execution on the underlying system with web server privileges. |
| FLIR Thermal Camera FC-S/PT firmware version 8.0.0.64 contains an authenticated OS command injection vulnerability that allows attackers to execute shell commands with root privileges. Authenticated attackers can inject arbitrary shell commands through unvalidated input parameters to gain complete control of the thermal camera system. |
| SmartLiving SmartLAN <=6.x contains an authenticated remote command injection vulnerability in the web.cgi binary through the 'par' POST parameter with the 'testemail' module. Attackers can exploit the unsanitized parameter and system() function call to execute arbitrary system commands with root privileges using default credentials. |
| VideoFlow Digital Video Protection DVP 2.10 contains an authenticated remote code execution vulnerability that allows attackers to execute system commands with root privileges. Attackers can exploit the vulnerability through a cross-site request forgery (CSRF) mechanism to gain unauthorized system access. |
| The ICTBroadcast application unsafely passes session cookie data to shell processing, allowing an attacker to inject shell commands into a session cookie that get executed on the server. This results in unauthenticated remote code execution in the session handling.
Versions 7.4 and below are known to be vulnerable. |
| FreeNAS 0.7.2 prior to revision 5543 includes an unauthenticated command‐execution backdoor in its web interface. The exec_raw.php script exposes a cmd parameter that is passed directly to the underlying shell without sanitation. |
| Netwin SurgeFTP version 23c8 and prior contains a vulnerability in its web-based administrative console that allows authenticated users to execute arbitrary system commands via crafted POST requests to `surgeftpmgr.cgi`. This can lead to full remote code execution on the underlying system. |
| Erlang is a programming language and runtime system for building massively scalable soft real-time systems with requirements on high availability. OTP is a set of Erlang libraries, which consists of the Erlang runtime system, a number of ready-to-use components mainly written in Erlang. Packet size is not verified properly for SFTP packets. As a result when multiple SSH packets (conforming to max SSH packet size) are received by ssh, they might be combined into an SFTP packet which will exceed the max allowed packet size and potentially cause large amount of memory to be allocated. Note that situation described above can only happen for successfully authenticated users after completing the SSH handshake. This issue has been patched in OTP versions 27.2.4, 26.2.5.9, and 25.3.2.18. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability. |
| Out-of-bounds write for some Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless WiFi Software for Windows before version 23.160 within Ring 2: Device Drivers may allow a denial of service. Unprivileged software adversary with an unauthenticated user combined with a low complexity attack may enable denial of service. This result may potentially occur via adjacent access when attack requirements are not present without special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (high) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (high) impacts. |
| A command injection is possible through the user interface, allowing arbitrary command execution as
the root user. oMG2000 running MGOS 3.15.1 or earlier is affected.
MG90 running MGOS 4.2.1 or earlier is affected. |
| Nagios XI Network Monitor prior to Graph Explorer component version 1.3 contains a command injection vulnerability in `visApi.php`. An authenticated user can inject system commands via unsanitized parameters such as `host`, resulting in remote code execution. |
| Out-of-bounds write vulnerability exists in FUJIFILM Business Innovation MFPs. A specially crafted IPP (Internet Printing Protocol) or LPD (Line Printer Daemon) packet may cause a denial-of-service (DoS) condition on an affected MFP. Resetting the MFP is required to recover from the denial-of-service (DoS) condition. |
| A flaw was found in Red Hat Satellite (Foreman component). This vulnerability allows an authenticated user with edit_settings permissions to achieve arbitrary command execution on the underlying operating system via insufficient server-side validation of command whitelisting. |
| Insecure handling of GET header parameter file included in requests being sent to an instance of the open-source project Phoniebox allows an attacker to create a website, which – when visited by a user – will send malicious requests to multiple hosts on the local network. If such a request reaches the server, it will cause one of the following (depending on the chosen payload): shell command execution, reflected XSS or cross-site request forgery.
This issue affects Phoniebox in all releases through 2.7. Newer 2.x releases were not tested, but they might also be vulnerable.
Phoniebox in version 3.0 and higher are not affected. |
| Smartwares cameras CIP-37210AT and C724IP, as well as others which share the same firmware in versions up to 3.3.0, are vulnerable to command injection.
During the initialization process, a user has to use a mobile app to provide devices with Access Point credentials. This input is not properly sanitized, what allows for command injection.
The vendor has not replied to reports, so the patching status remains unknown. Newer firmware versions might be vulnerable as well. |
| NVIDIA nvJPEG2000 library contains a vulnerability where an attacker can cause an out-of-bounds write issue by means of a specially crafted JPEG2000 file. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution and data tampering. |
| All versions of the package ggit are vulnerable to Command Injection via the fetchTags(branch) API, which allows user input to specify the branch to be fetched and then concatenates this string along with a git command which is then passed to the unsafe exec() Node.js child process API. |
