CVSS v3.1 |
| PHPOffice Math is a library that provides a set of classes to manipulate different formula file formats. Prior to version 0.3.0, loading XML data using the standard `libxml` extension and the `LIBXML_DTDLOAD` flag without additional filtration, leads to XXE. Version 0.3.0 fixes the vulnerability. |
| External XML entity injection allows arbitrary download of files. The
score without least privilege principle violation is as calculated
below. In combination with other issues it may facilitate further
compromise of the device. Remediation in Version 6.8.0, release date:
01-Mar-25. |
| WebPros Plesk before 18.0.73.5 and 18.0.74 before 18.0.74.2 on Linux allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code as root via domain creation. The attacker needs "Create and manage sites" with "Domains management" and "Subdomains management." |
| wb2osz/direwolf (Dire Wolf) versions up to and including 1.8, prior to commit 3658a87, contain a reachable assertion vulnerability in the APRS MIC-E decoder function aprs_mic_e() located in src/decode_aprs.c. When processing a specially crafted AX.25 frame containing a MIC-E message with an empty or truncated comment field, the application triggers an unhandled assertion checking for a non-empty comment. This assertion failure causes immediate process termination, allowing a remote, unauthenticated attacker to cause a denial of service by sending malformed APRS traffic. |
| BigFix Patch Download Plug-ins are affected by an insecure package which is susceptible to XML injection attacks. This allows an attacker to exploit this vulnerability by injecting malicious XML content, which can lead to various issues including denial of service and unauthorized access. |
| The CycloneDX core module provides a model representation of the SBOM along with utilities to assist in creating, validating, and parsing SBOMs. Before deserializing CycloneDX Bill of Materials in XML format, _cyclonedx-core-java_ leverages XPath expressions to determine the schema version of the BOM. The `DocumentBuilderFactory` used to evaluate XPath expressions was not configured securely, making the library vulnerable to XML External Entity (XXE) injection. This vulnerability has been fixed in cyclonedx-core-java version 9.0.4.

| phonenumber is a library for parsing, formatting and validating international phone numbers. Since 0.3.4, the phonenumber parsing code may panic due to a panic-guarded out-of-bounds access on the phonenumber string. In a typical deployment of rust-phonenumber, this may get triggered by feeding a maliciously crafted phonenumber, e.g. over the network, specifically strings of the form `+dwPAA;phone-context=AA`, where the "number" part potentially parses as a number larger than 2^56. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.3.6. |
| An XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerability in HAPI FHIR before v6.4.0 allows attackers to access sensitive information or execute arbitrary code via supplying a crafted request containing malicious XML entities. |
| Client queries that trigger serving stale data and that also require lookups in local authoritative zone data may result in an assertion failure.
This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.16.13 through 9.16.50, 9.18.0 through 9.18.27, 9.19.0 through 9.19.24, 9.11.33-S1 through 9.11.37-S1, 9.16.13-S1 through 9.16.50-S1, and 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.27-S1. |
| Improper authentication in the API authentication middleware of HCL DevOps Loop allows authentication tokens to be accepted without proper validation of their expiration and cryptographic signature. As a result, an attacker could potentially use expired or tampered tokens to gain unauthorized access to sensitive resources and perform actions with elevated privileges. |
| A UNIX Symbolic Link (Symlink) Following vulnerability in the packaging of openSUSE Tumbleweed traefik2 allows the traefik user to escalate to root. This issue affects Tumbleweed: from ? before 2.11.29. |
| Rclone is a command-line program to sync files and directories to and from different cloud storage providers. Insecure handling of symlinks with --links and --metadata in rclone while copying to local disk allows unprivileged users to indirectly modify ownership and permissions on symlink target files when a superuser or privileged process performs a copy. This vulnerability could enable privilege escalation and unauthorized access to critical system files, compromising system integrity, confidentiality, and availability. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.68.2. |
| XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerability in Terminalfour 8.0.0001 through 8.3.18 and XML JDBC versions up to 1.0.4 allows authenticated users to submit malicious XML via unspecified features which could lead to various actions such as accessing the underlying server, remote code execution (RCE), or performing Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) attacks. |
| A weakness has been identified in bestfeng oa_git_free up to 9.5. This affects the function updateWriteBack of the file yimioa-oa9.5\server\c-flow\src\main\java\com\cloudweb\oa\controller\WorkflowPredefineController.java. This manipulation of the argument writeProp causes xml external entity reference. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be exploited. |
| A vulnerability has been found in Tarantool up to 3.3.1 and classified as problematic. Affected by this vulnerability is the function tm_to_datetime in the library src/lib/core/datetime.c. The manipulation leads to reachable assertion. Attacking locally is a requirement. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| When the Kiuwan Local Analyzer uploads the scan results to the Kiuwan SAST web
application (either on-premises or cloud/SaaS solution), the transmitted data
consists of a ZIP archive containing several files, some of them in the
XML file format. During Kiuwan's server-side processing of these XML
files, it resolves external XML entities, resulting in a XML external
entity injection attack. An attacker with privileges to scan
source code within the "Code Security" module is able to extract any
files of the operating system with the rights of the application server
user and is potentially able to gain sensitive files, such as
configuration and passwords. Furthermore, this vulnerability also allows
an attacker to initiate connections to internal systems, e.g. for port
scans or accessing other internal functions / applications such as the
Wildfly admin console of Kiuwan.
This issue affects Kiuwan SAST: <master.1808.p685.q13371 |
| An issue was discovered in O-RAN Near Realtime RIC H-Release. To trigger the crashing of the e2mgr, an adversary must flood the system with a significant quantity of E2 Subscription Requests originating from an xApp. |
| SingularityCE and SingularityPRO are open source container platforms. Prior to SingularityCE 4.3.5 and SingularityPRO 4.1.11 and 4.3.5, if a user relies on LSM restrictions to prevent malicious operations then, under certain circumstances, an attacker can redirect the LSM label write operation so that it is ineffective. The attacker must cause the user to run a malicious container image that redirects the mount of /proc to the destination of a shared mount, either known to be configured on the target system, or that will be specified by the user when running the container. The attacker must also control the content of the shared mount, for example through another malicious container which also binds it, or as a user with relevant permissions on the host system it is bound from. This vulnerability is fixed in SingularityCE 4.3.5 and SingularityPRO 4.1.11 and 4.3.5. |
| The CycloneDX core module provides a model representation of the SBOM along with utilities to assist in creating, validating, and parsing SBOMs. Starting in version 2.1.0 and prior to version 11.0.1, the XML `Validator` used by cyclonedx-core-java was not configured securely, making the library vulnerable to XML External Entity (XXE) injection. The fix for GHSA-683x-4444-jxh8 / CVE-2024-38374 was incomplete in that it only fixed parsing of XML BOMs, but not validation. The vulnerability has been fixed in cyclonedx-core-java version 11.0.1. As a workaround, applications can reject XML documents before handing them to cyclonedx-core-java for validation. This may be an option if incoming CycloneDX BOMs are known to be in JSON format. |
| An issue in Beijing Panabit Network Software Co., Ltd Panalog big data analysis platform v. 20240323 and before allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via the exportpdf.php component. |
