CVSS v3.1 |
A malicious actor with access to the network and high privileges could exploit an Improper Access Control vulnerability found in UniFi Network Application to escalate privileges within the UniFi Network Application.
A flaw has been found in DevaslanPHP project-management 1.2.1/1.2.2/1.2.3/1.2.4/v2.0.0-beta1. This impacts the function whereRaw of the file app/Filament/Widgets/Timesheet/MonthlyReport.php of the component Timesheet Dashboard. Executing a manipulation of the argument filter can lead to sql injection. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit has been published and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A flaw was found in gnutls. This vulnerability occurs because gnutls performs case-sensitive comparisons of `nameConstraints` labels, specifically for `dNSName` (DNS) or `rfc822Name` (email) constraints within `excludedSubtrees` or `permittedSubtrees`. A remote attacker can exploit this by crafting a leaf certificate with casing differences in the Subject Alternative Name (SAN), leading to a policy bypass where a certificate that should be rejected is instead accepted. This could result in unauthorized access or information disclosure.
A flaw was found in Samba’s vfs_worm module. The module is intended to provide write-once, read-many (WORM) protections by preventing modification of files after a configurable grace period. Due to insufficient validation during rename operations, an authenticated user with write access to a share could overwrite a protected file by renaming a newly created file over the existing WORM-protected file.
A flaw was found in gnutls. Servers configured with RSA-PSK (Rivest–Shamir–Adleman – Pre-Shared Key) wrongfully matched usernames containing a NUL character with truncated usernames. A remote attacker could exploit this by sending a specially crafted username, leading to an authentication bypass. This vulnerability allows an attacker to gain unauthorized access by circumventing the authentication process.
A flaw was found in dracut. The die() error-handling function writes its message into a shell script under the initramfs emergency-hook directory without properly shell-quoting it. When the message contains data derived from the DHCP ROOT_PATH option, an attacker on the adjacent network who controls a rogue DHCP server can inject a command-substitution sequence that executes as root the next time dracut sources its emergency hook scripts during standard boot-failure handling.
A flaw was found in dracut. A remote attacker on the adjacent network can exploit this vulnerability by providing specially crafted DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) options, such as a malicious hostname, to a system using dracut's legacy DHCP path. These options are improperly handled and written into temporary shell scripts without proper escaping, leading to command injection. This allows the attacker to achieve root code execution within the initramfs, potentially compromising the system's boot and network behavior.
A flaw was found in Samba’s certificate auto-enrollment Group Policy handling. When certificate auto-enrollment is enabled, Samba may retrieve a CA certificate over an unencrypted HTTP connection and install it into the local trust store without proper verification. An attacker with the ability to intercept or redirect network traffic could exploit this behavior to supply a malicious certificate authority certificate, potentially allowing interception or spoofing of trusted communications.
A vulnerability was found in libxml2. Processing certain sch:name elements from the input XML file can trigger a memory corruption issue. This flaw allows an attacker to craft a malicious XML input file that can lead libxml to crash, resulting in a denial of service or other possible undefined behavior due to sensitive data being corrupted in memory.
A use-after-free vulnerability was found in libxml2. This issue occurs when parsing XPath elements under certain circumstances when the XML schematron has the <sch:name path="..."/> schema elements. This flaw allows a malicious actor to craft a malicious XML document used as input for libxml, resulting in the program's crash using libxml or other possible undefined behaviors.
| There's a vulnerability in podman where an attacker may use the kube play command to overwrite host files when the kube file container a Secrete or a ConfigMap volume mount and such volume contains a symbolic link to a host file path. In a successful attack, the attacker can only control the target file to be overwritten but not the content to be written into the file.
Binary-Affected: podman
Upstream-version-introduced: v4.0.0
Upstream-version-fixed: v5.6.1 |
A security vulnerability has been detected in fuzui StudentInfo up to fcc42a639ec7cef620651bfd0f07ebb660529e3f. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file /StudentInfo/StudentHandler/moditypasswordstu of the component Password Change Endpoint. Such manipulation of the argument sid/tid leads to authorization bypass. The attack can be executed remotely. This product implements a rolling release for ongoing delivery, which means version information for affected or updated releases is unavailable. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
An incorrect implementation of message filtering in xdg-dbus-proxy versions before 0.1.9 allows an attacker to bypass the intended message filtering on the D-Bus session bus by setting a reply serial number on non-reply messages. A malicious or compromised Flatpak app could use this to achieve arbitrary code execution outside its sandbox.
A vulnerability was identified in mathurvishal CloudClassroom-PHP-Project up to 5dadec098bfbbf3300d60c3494db3fb95b66e7be. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file updateguest.php. The manipulation of the argument gname leads to sql injection. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. This product uses a rolling release model to deliver continuous updates. As a result, specific version information for affected or updated releases is not available. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
The WebFacing™ WordPress plugin before 5.4 does not restrict access to one of its bundled scripts and does not validate a user-supplied path before using it to include a local file, allowing unauthenticated users to perform Local File Inclusion.
The Ad Inserter WordPress plugin before 2.8.19 does not correctly restrict access to one of its settings pages, making it reachable by every logged in user under a configuration its own settings allow, and does not filter the content saved there, allowing users with a role as low as subscriber to store code which is then executed as PHP or served unescaped to site visitors.
The EmbedPress WordPress plugin before 4.6.7 does not escape one of its block attributes before outputting it inside an HTML attribute, which could allow users with the contributor role and above to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks against higher privileged users viewing the post.
The Download Manager WordPress plugin before 7.5.6 does not sanitise and escape data submitted through its email-locked download subscription form before outputting it back in an admin page, which could allow unauthenticated attackers to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks against administrators. This affects the commercial Pro edition only; the free Download Manager WordPress plugin before 7.5.6 published under the same slug does not ship the affected feature.
The WPeMatico RSS Feed Fetcher WordPress plugin before 2.8.27 does not perform a capability check or validate the destination of a user-supplied feed URL before fetching it server-side, allowing users with contributor-level access and above to make the server issue requests to internal-only resources and read the responses back.
The WPeMatico RSS Feed Fetcher WordPress plugin before 2.8.27 does not perform a capability check before fetching a user-supplied URL and rendering the response, allowing users with contributor-level access and above to force the server to issue requests to internal-only hosts and read the responses back.
