| CVE-2026-96552 | 1 Sfturing | 1 Hosp Order | 2026-09-23 | 3.1 Low |
| A vulnerability was identified in sfturing hosp_order up to 627f426331da8086ce8fff2017d65b1ddef384f8. The affected element is the function MD5.getMD5 of the file ssm_pro/src/main/java/cn/sfturing/utils/MD5.java of the component User Password Handler. The manipulation leads to one-way hash without salt. The attack may be initiated remotely. A high degree of complexity is needed for the attack. The exploitability is described as difficult. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. This product uses a rolling release model to deliver continuous updates. As a result, specific version information for affected or updated releases is not available. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. | ||||
| CVE-2026-52744 | 1 Gocd | 1 Gocd | 2026-09-23 | N/A |
| GoCD is a continuous deliver server. From 20.2.0 until 26.1.0, the internal GoCD UI fetch-artifact auto-suggestion API at /go/api/internal/pipelines/**/upstream does not adequately authorize access to upstream dependency data. An authenticated user can retrieve inter-pipeline dependency hierarchy details and user-defined pipeline, stage, job, and artifact plugin reference names that the user cannot otherwise view in the UI. The endpoint is read-only and does not permit modification of pipeline data. This issue is fixed in version 26.1.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-79306 | 1 Usmannasir | 1 Cyberpanel | 2026-09-23 | 6.5 Medium |
| CyberPanel v1.9.1 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the compress method exposed through the /filemanager/controller endpoint. An authenticated remote attacker with ownership of any configured domain can supply absolute or otherwise out-of-scope file paths in the listOfFiles JSON property, together with attacker-controlled basePath and compressedFileName values, in a method=compress request. Because the application validates only domain ownership and does not canonicalize or restrict these paths to the authorized site directory, the backend appends them to zip or tar archive commands and executes them as the website externalApp user, allowing disclosure of arbitrary readable files through the generated archive. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63131 | 1 Openbao | 1 Openbao | 2026-09-23 | N/A |
| OpenBao is an open source identity-based secrets management system. Prior to 2.6.0, OpenBao's vault/policy/acl.go could evaluate a broader wildcard ACL grant before more-specific trailing-wildcard ACL paths with capabilities = ["deny"] for a LIST operation. When a parent path permitted LIST and a child path was denied, the trailing-slash lookup could therefore allow listing the denied path. Other operation types are outside the repository advisory's affected scope. This issue is fixed in version 2.6.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63132 | 1 Openbao | 1 Openbao | 2026-09-23 | N/A |
| OpenBao is an open source identity-based secrets management system. Prior to 2.6.0, OpenBao's handleLogicalRecovery path in http/logical.go compared the highly privileged recovery token with ordinary string equality. A remote unauthenticated attacker able to make repeated recovery mode requests and measure response timing could infer the recovery token. The recovered token could then authorize recovery mode operations that read or modify OpenBao data. This issue is fixed in version 2.6.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-80225 | 1 Nlnetlabs | 1 Unbound | 2026-09-23 | 5.3 Medium |
| In NLnetLabs Unbound up to and including 1.26.0, a degradation of service vulnerability is present in the TCP/DoT reading procedure where there is no limit on consecutive reads. A malicious actor that can stream and sustain a rate of distinct uncached names over the TCP/DoT connection, monopolizes a single worker's entire event loop for as long as its writes stay ahead of the drain. | ||||
| CVE-2026-81349 | 1 Microsoft | 2 Azure Hdinsight, Azure Hdinsights | 2026-09-23 | 7.2 High |
| Improper neutralization of special elements used in an os command ('os command injection') in Azure HDInsights allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. | ||||
| CVE-2026-81355 | 1 Microsoft | 26 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 23 more | 2026-09-23 | 7.5 High |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Virtual Hard Disk (VHD) Miniport Driver allows an authorized attacker to execute code locally. | ||||
| CVE-2026-81380 | 1 Microsoft | 1 Visual Studio Code | 2026-09-23 | 5.3 Medium |
| Improper neutralization of special elements used in a command ('command injection') in GitHub Copilot and Visual Studio Code allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information over a network. | ||||
| CVE-2026-81634 | 1 Nlnetlabs | 1 Unbound | 2026-09-23 | 7.5 High |
| In NLnet Labs Unbound up to and including 1.26.0, a 255 length query name with a large TCP response can lead to a heap buffer overflow during the RRSet canonicalisation routine. This is caused by missing to add the first owner name into the buffer length check. A malicious actor operating a malicious name server or tampering with an incoming response to Unbound (canonicalisation happens before DNSSEC validation), can trigger the vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82717 | 1 Nlnetlabs | 1 Unbound | 2026-09-23 | 9.8 Critical |
| In NLnet Labs Unbound up to and including 1.26.0, a vulnerability was found in that can progressively corrupt heap memory and under certain systems and compilation options could lead to remote code execution. The vulnerability starts when CNAME synthesis during an upstream response needs to enforce(rewrite) a max TTL value in the packet buffer. Coupled with a compression pointer that points to the overwritten value and invalidates the domain name, it leads to an error path that does not properly move the buffer position and allows for the heap buffer overflow. Since this is heavily reliant on heap memory layout, results are memory corruption that eventually leads to a crash and under specific systems and compilation options remote code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82720 | 1 Nlnetlabs | 1 Unbound | 2026-09-23 | 5.9 Medium |
| NLnet Labs Unbound 1.12.0 up to and including 1.26.0 has a use-after-free vulnerability when compiled for DNS-over-HTTPs support with '--with-libnghttp2'. During failure code paths (i.e., RPZ drop query, jostle due to heavy traffic), a dropped DoH stream brings down the whole DoH session and does not account properly for other DoH streams in the same session. This leads to use-after-free in those code paths. If the prerequisites are satisfied (possible RPZ drop or heavy client traffic), a malicious actor can trigger the vulnerability with a single DoH connection and the appropriate traffic. Impact is limited as the reads are not user controlled and the use-after-free leads to early returns. However, a hardened allocator can catch the use-after-free and controllably terminate the process resulting to denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76086 | 1 Verbb | 1 Formie | 2026-09-23 | 8.5 High |
| Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms. Prior to 2.2.23 and 3.1.31, Formie's formie/integrations/form-settings control panel action in IntegrationsController::actionFormSettings is reachable without the required form integration permissions and passes request-supplied settings to a configured integration. An authenticated attacker can replace outbound host properties such as apiUrl while the server uses stored API keys or OAuth tokens, causing non-blind server-side requests to an attacker-controlled or internal host and returning the remote response. This residual flaw remained because the permission gate added in version 3.1.28 excluded the form-settings action. Sites that permit low-privileged or front-end user authentication can therefore expose integration credentials and internal network responses. This issue is fixed in versions 2.2.23 and 3.1.31. | ||||
| CVE-2026-96551 | 1 Sfturing | 1 Hosp Order | 2026-09-23 | 4.3 Medium |
| A vulnerability was determined in sfturing hosp_order up to 627f426331da8086ce8fff2017d65b1ddef384f8. Impacted is an unknown function of the file ssm_pro/src/main/java/cn/sfturing/web/CommonUserController.java. Executing a manipulation can lead to cross-site request forgery. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. This product does not use versioning. This is why information about affected and unaffected releases are unavailable. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. | ||||

| In buildIntentSenderForUser of LauncherAppsService.java, there is a possible way to launch an activity from the background due to BAL Bypass. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-28664 | 1 Google | 1 Android | 2026-09-23 | 7.8 High |
| In WriteImageToDisk of runtime_image.cc, there is a possible file tampering due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6669 | 1 Pgbouncer | 1 Pgbouncer | 2026-09-23 | 5.9 Medium |
| Missing upper bound on the key derivation iteration count accepted during SCRAM authentication to a backend server in PgBouncer through 1.25.2 allows a malicious or compromised PostgreSQL backend to cause uncontrolled CPU consumption in PgBouncer. The resulting key derivation cannot be interrupted in frontend builds such as PgBouncer. Because PgBouncer serves all clients from a single process, one backend can in this way stop it from serving traffic for every other database and client it is pooling, so the failure of a single backend is not contained. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6668 | 1 Pgbouncer | 1 Pgbouncer | 2026-09-23 | 7.5 High |
| Integer overflow in the packet buffer growth logic in PgBouncer through 1.25.2 allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to cause a denial of service. Sufficiently large input makes the buffer size computation overflow, leaving the growth loop unable to terminate. Because PgBouncer serves all clients from a single process, this saturates a CPU core and stalls every pooled connection until the process is killed. Both unauthenticated and authenticated code paths can reach the overflow. | ||||
