Meta Ads MCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that lets AI assistants run Meta Ads. Prior to version 1.0.115, the upload_ad_image tool in meta_ads_mcp/core/ads.py passes an attacker-controlled image_url to try_multiple_download_methods() in meta_ads_mcp/core/utils.py, where httpx.AsyncClient uses follow_redirects=True and performs HTTP requests without validating the scheme, host, or resolved IP address. In a streamable-http deployment, a network caller can use any non-empty authorization value because Meta credential validation occurs after the image download, then direct the server to loopback services, private-network addresses, cloud metadata endpoints, or redirect-chained internal targets. The resulting server-side request forgery can expose internal data, invoke state-changing internal services, or disrupt reachable services. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.115.

Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. From 0.9.6 until 0.11.1, SafePlaywrightURLLoader in backend/open_webui/retrieval/web/utils.py validated a user-controlled hostname in Python and then let the Playwright browser resolve it again in the sync and async request interceptors. An authenticated user controlling authoritative DNS could return a public address to validation and an internal address to the browser, exposing responses from internal services or cloud metadata through web search or URL ingestion. This issue is fixed in version 0.11.1.

Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. Prior to 0.11.1, POST /api/v1/retrieval/process/web and POST /api/v1/retrieval/process/web/search in backend/open_webui/retrieval/web/utils.py treated Python's globally routable address classification as proof that a destination was external. An authenticated user could make an Azure-hosted instance fetch and return content from 168.63.129.16, the Azure platform channel, as well as other reserved ranges that the standard classification did not reject. This issue is fixed in version 0.11.1.

Concrete CMS 9.0.0 to 9.5.2 is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery iremote file import via cross-port reuse of a host's validated DNS pin. When multiple remote URLs share the same host, only the first `ValidatedRemoteUrl` is retained and reused for every later URL with that host. A low-privileged authenticated user permitted to import files could therefore supply a DNS-rebinding host that resolved to a public address during validation and to a private or loopback address during the unpinned download, causing the server to fetch internal-only resources such as loopback services, internal admin panels, or cloud metadata endpoints and to save the responses into the file manager. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:H/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:L/VI:N/VA:N/SC:L/SI:N/SA:N. The administrative password is hashed using a comparatively weak, fast algorithm for the credential store backing one authentication path, and the file containing that hash is written with permissions allowing it to be read by any local user. This is inconsistent with a separate, stronger hashing algorithm used for the same password on another authentication path. A party able to read this file, including a local user or a party with access to a configuration backup, could feasibly recover the underlying password through offline computation, compromising the administrative credential across every path that accepts it.
