CVSS v3.1 |
| The vulnerability can be leveraged by an attacker to execute arbitrary code as an unprivileged user and/or modify the contents of any data on the filesystem. |
| A defect was discovered in the Python “ssl” module where there is a memory
race condition with the ssl.SSLContext methods “cert_store_stats()” and
“get_ca_certs()”. The race condition can be triggered if the methods are
called at the same time as certificates are loaded into the SSLContext,
such as during the TLS handshake with a certificate directory configured.
This issue is fixed in CPython 3.10.14, 3.11.9, 3.12.3, and 3.13.0a5. |
| Shearwater SecurEnvoy SecurAccess Enrol before 9.4.515 is intended to disable accounts that have had more than 10 failed authentication attempts, but instead allows hundreds of failed authentication attempts, because concurrent attempts are mishandled. |
| For a short time they PTY is set to mode 666, allowing any user on the system to connect to the screen session. |
| Race condition during resource shutdown in some Solidigm DC Products may allow an attacker to potentially enable denial of service. |
| NVIDIA Mellanox DPDK contains a vulnerability in Poll Mode Driver (PMD), where an attacker on a VM in the system might be able to cause information disclosure and denial of service on the network interface. |
| An attacker can make the Node.js HTTP/2 server completely unavailable by sending a small amount of HTTP/2 frames packets with a few HTTP/2 frames inside. It is possible to leave some data in nghttp2 memory after reset when headers with HTTP/2 CONTINUATION frame are sent to the server and then a TCP connection is abruptly closed by the client triggering the Http2Session destructor while header frames are still being processed (and stored in memory) causing a race condition. |
| Improper resource shutdown in middle of certain operations on some Solidigm DC Products may allow an attacker to potentially enable denial of service. |
| Screen version 5.0.0 and older version 4 releases have a TOCTOU race potentially allowing to send SIGHUP, SIGCONT to privileged processes when installed setuid-root. |
| A vulnerability has been found in Smartstore up to 6.2.0. The affected element is an unknown function of the file /checkout/confirm/ of the component Gift Voucher Handler. The manipulation leads to race condition. The attack may be initiated remotely. The attack's complexity is rated as high. The exploitability is described as difficult. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A Speculative Race Condition (SRC) vulnerability that impacts modern CPU architectures supporting speculative execution (related to Spectre V1) has been disclosed. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability to disclose arbitrary data from the CPU using race conditions to access the speculative executable code paths. |
| A race condition in the installer executable in Qlik Qlikview before versions May 2022 SR3 (12.70.20300) and May 2023 SR2 (12,80.20200) may allow an existing lower privileged user to cause code to be executed in the context of a Windows Administrator. |
| A flaw was found in the Ansible aap-gateway. Concurrent requests handled by the gateway grpc service can result in concurrency issues due to race condition requests against the proxy. This issue potentially allows a less privileged user to obtain the JWT of a greater privileged user, enabling the server to be jeopardized. A user session or confidential data might be vulnerable. |
| A vulnerability was found in Undertow, where URL-encoded request paths can be mishandled during concurrent requests on the AJP listener. This issue arises because the same buffer is used to decode the paths for multiple requests simultaneously, leading to incorrect path information being processed. As a result, the server may attempt to access the wrong path, causing errors such as "404 Not Found" or other application failures. This flaw can potentially lead to a denial of service, as legitimate resources become inaccessible due to the path mix-up. |
| Wasmtime is a runtime for WebAssembly. Prior to version 38.0.4, 37.0.3, 36.0.3, and 24.0.5, Wasmtime's Rust embedder API contains an unsound interaction where a WebAssembly shared linear memory could be viewed as a type which provides safe access to the host (Rust) to the contents of the linear memory. This is not sound for shared linear memories, which could be modified in parallel, and this could lead to a data race in the host. Patch releases have been issued for all supported versions of Wasmtime, notably: 24.0.5, 36.0.3, 37.0.3, and 38.0.4. These releases reject creation of shared memories via `Memory::new` and shared memories are now excluded from core dumps. As a workaround, eembeddings affected by this issue should use `SharedMemory::new` instead of `Memory::new` to create shared memories. Affected embeddings should also disable core dumps if they are unable to upgrade. Note that core dumps are disabled by default but the wasm threads proposal (and shared memory) is enabled by default. |
| A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in COVESA vsomeip up to 3.4.10. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality. The manipulation leads to race condition. An attack has to be approached locally. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The identifier of this vulnerability is VDB-261596. |
| Agno is a multi-agent framework, runtime and control plane. From 2.0.0 to before 2.2.2, under high concurrency, when session_state is passed to Agent or Team during run or arun calls, a race condition can occur, causing a session_state to be assigned and persisted to the incorrect session. This may result in user data from one session being exposed to another user. This has been patched in version 2.2.2. |
| Race condition for some TDX Module within Ring 0: Hypervisor may allow an escalation of privilege. System software adversary with a privileged user combined with a low complexity attack may enable escalation of privilege. This result may potentially occur via local access when attack requirements are not present with special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (high), integrity (high) and availability (none) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts. |
| Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Angular uses a DI container (the "platform injector") to hold request-specific state during server-side rendering. For historical reasons, the container was stored as a JavaScript module-scoped global variable. When multiple requests are processed concurrently, they could inadvertently share or overwrite the global injector state. In practical terms, this can lead to one request responding with data meant for a completely different request, leaking data or tokens included on the rendered page or in response headers. As long as an attacker had network access to send any traffic that received a rendered response, they may have been able to send a large number of requests and then inspect the responses for information leaks. The APIs `bootstrapApplication`, `getPlatform`, and `destroyPlatform` were vulnerable and required SSR-only breaking changes.
The issue has been patched in all active release lines as well as in the v21 prerelease. Patched packages include `@angular/platform-server` 21.0.0-next.3, 20.3.0, 19.2.15, and 18.2.14 and `@angular/ssr` 21.0.0-next.3, 20.3.0, 19.2.16, and 18.2.21. Several workarounds are available. Disable SSR via Server Routes or builder options, remove any asynchronous behavior from custom `bootstrap` functions, remove uses of `getPlatform()` in application code, and/or ensure that the server build defines `ngJitMode` as false. |

The "Load Configuration from Local PC" functionality in the web interface of affected products contains a race condition vulnerability. This could allow an authenticated remote attacker to make the affected product load an attacker controlled configuration instead of the legitimate one. Successful exploitation requires that a legitimate administrator invokes the functionality and the attacker wins the race condition. |
