CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
afs: Clear stale peer app data after address list changes
afs_fs_probe_fileserver() fetches the current endpoint state under
server->fs_lock, but leaves old_alist as NULL. Consequently,
afs_set_peer_appdata() treats every address list replacement as initial
setup and only binds the new peers; it never unbinds peers removed from
the old list.
An address refresh can therefore proceed as follows. CPU 0 replaces
server S's list and drops Pold without clearing Pold->app_data. The
server destroyer then clears only S's current peers and lets S reach its
RCU callback. After the callback frees S, CPU 1 handles a callback
through an RxRPC connection that still pins Pold, reads Pold->app_data,
and calls afs_use_server() on the freed object.

Preserve old->addresses for the peer app-data update so that removed
peers are cleared before the endpoint state is replaced. Also advance
both cursors when the old and new lists share a peer; activating the
old/new comparison without this would otherwise loop forever on the
shared entry. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
afs: Fix incorrect free in candidate cleanup in afs_lookup_server()
Fix afs_lookup_server() to not free an existing server's endpoint state
when cleaning up a candidate server. The candidate record doesn't have an
endpoint state yet at this point, so the free for that can just be removed. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
afs: Fix double-unmap of directory block
Fix afs_edit_dir_remove() to use a cleanup function to unmap the block
pointed to by afs_dir_iter::block if it's left pointing to something rather
than manually kunmapping the blocks. Manually kunmapping without clearing
iter.blocks can result in a double-kunmap if afs_dir_find_block() is called
twice in a row (which would be the case if the block being modified is not
first in the hash chain). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
perf: RISC-V: store available counter mask as bitmap
The available-counter mask was a single unsigned long, but iteration
uses RISCV_MAX_COUNTERS, which is 64. On RV32 that reads past the object.
Filling with an unsigned-long bit at index 32 and above is also wrong.
Use DECLARE_BITMAP and set_bit/bitmap helpers. Walk each bitmap word
into CFG_MATCH when checking events, when allocating an index, and when
stopping all counters. Set the counter base to i times BITS_PER_LONG.
Share the CFG_MATCH ecall through a small helper so the 32-bit argument
split is not duplicated. On qemu-system-riscv32 the probe bitmap has bits
above XLEN set, so the first word alone is not enough.

| An issue in Greek Universities Network (GUnet) Open eClass Platform v.3.15 allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via the chat input field in the course module. |
| A race condition in the document value layer of MongoDB Server can allow concurrent server threads to operate on the same internal memory without synchronization, leading to memory corruption. An authenticated user holding ordinary read-write privileges on a database may be able to trigger this condition over the normal client protocol, resulting in server termination and potential corruption of process memory with user-influenced content. Successful use of this issue may impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the affected server process. |
| A stack-based buffer overflow flaw was found in fetchmail when built with NTLM support. A malicious or compromised mail server advertising NTLM authentication can send a crafted Type 2 challenge that causes fetchmail to write past a fixed stack buffer while building the NTLM authenticate response. This may lead to remote code execution depending on stack-frame layout, or to authentication failure or process termination under memory hardening. |
| Double free in Windows Secure Kernel Mode allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| A user account with permission to deploy artifacts to a hosted Maven repository could upload a POM file containing an oversized metadata field. This causes future attempts to list or browse that repository's components to permanently fail until an administrator repairs the underlying data. Only the targeted repository is affected; other repositories and overall server health remain unaffected. |
| A heap-based buffer overflow exists in the TLS transport layer of the MongoDB C Driver when built with the Windows platform TLS backend. A remote endpoint that the client connects to can cause the driver to write uncontrolled data outside the bounds of a heap allocation while processing incoming encrypted traffic after the TLS handshake completes. No authentication or user interaction is required, because the affected processing occurs before any application-level authentication completes. Triggering this issue may lead to memory corruption in the client process, disclosure of adjacent heap memory, or termination of the process. |
| A vulnerability has been found in mathurvishal CloudClassroom-PHP-Project up to 5dadec098bfbbf3300d60c3494db3fb95b66e7be. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file managevideos2.php. Such manipulation of the argument editassid leads to sql injection. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. This product operates on a rolling release basis, ensuring continuous delivery. Consequently, there are no version details for either affected or updated releases. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| X-SpringBoot through 6.0 lacks object-level authorization in user management endpoints, allowing sub-administrators to modify or delete users without ownership verification. Attackers with user-management permissions can reset passwords for any account including the super administrator, rebind roles, or delete users via POST /sys/user/update and POST /sys/user/delete endpoints. |
| The MongoDB Go Driver's client-level bulk write operation may accept a caller-supplied database name containing a reserved separator character without escaping it before the name is used to build the target namespace for the operation. An application that passes untrusted input as a database name could therefore have the write directed at a database and collection other than the ones it intended. Only the Client.BulkWrite API is affected. |
| Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.5.3 is vulnerable to stored XSS via the custom page alias name (customAliasName) because the Edit Alias dialog applied only trim() to the submitted value and performed no input neutralization. An authenticated user holding canWrite (editor) permission on a page could store a malicious alias name that was later rendered unescaped in the administrative Sitemap panel, where it executed automatically in any administrator or editor session that opened the panel, allowing an editor to escalate to administrator through the victim's active session. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 7.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:P/VC:H/VI:H/VA:L/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Nguyen Manh Thuan for reporting. |
