| CVE-2026-52792 | 1 Xyproto | 1 Algernon | 2026-08-19 | N/A |
| Algernon is a small self-contained pure-Go web server. Prior to 1.17.9, Algernon on Windows selects a file handler in engine/handlers.go by calling filepath.Ext() without first rejecting NTFS-equivalent names such as x.lua::$DATA, x.lua., and x.lua . An unauthenticated client can append one of these suffixes to a public server-side script using the .lua, .tl, .po2, .amber, or .frm extension. The request path passes through URL2filename in utils/files.go, skips the renderer and execution cases, and reaches FilePage, os.Open, ReadAndLogErrors, and ToClient, while NTFS resolves the alias to the underlying script. The server consequently returns raw script source and can expose database credentials, API keys, and the SetCookieSecret value, which may permit forged session cookies. Linux and macOS hosts are not affected by this issue. This issue is fixed in version 1.17.9. | ||||
| CVE-2026-74938 | 1 Mozilla | 2 Firefox, Thunderbird | 2026-08-19 | 9.1 Critical |

| CVE-2026-47686 | 1 Patriksimek | 1 Vm2 | 2026-08-18 | 9.9 Critical |
| vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to 3.11.6, handleException() in lib/setup-sandbox.js sanitizes SuppressedError.error, SuppressedError.suppressed, and AggregateError.errors but does not sanitize Error.cause, allowing sandbox code to obtain a powerful host object such as process from an embedder-exposed host function that throws an error with that object as its cause and then execute arbitrary host commands. This issue is fixed in version 3.11.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-45733 | 1 Triliumnext | 1 Trilium | 2026-08-18 | 8.3 High |
| Trilium Notes is a cross-platform, hierarchical note taking application focused on building large personal knowledge bases. Prior to 0.103.0, the #iconClass label value is returned raw by getNoteIcon() and inserted without HTML attribute encoding into class attributes in apps/client/src/widgets/quick_search.ts and apps/client/src/services/note_autocomplete.ts, allowing a stored payload to execute automatically when a victim opens a new tab or uses Ctrl+J and, because Electron enables nodeIntegration and disables contextIsolation, run operating-system commands as the victim. This issue is fixed in version 0.103.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-20765 | 1 Intel | 2 Tdx Guest Software, Trust Domain Extensions Guest | 2026-08-18 | 4.2 Medium |
| Incorrect comparison for some Intel(R) TDX Guest software before version 0.3.1 within Ring 3: User Applications may allow an escalation of privilege. System software adversary with a privileged user combined with a low complexity attack may enable escalation of privilege. This result may potentially occur via local access when attack requirements are not present without special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (low), integrity (low) and availability (low) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts. | ||||
| CVE-2026-50029 | 1 Sunnyadn | 1 Js-toml | 2026-08-17 | 5.3 Medium |
| js-toml is a TOML parser for JavaScript, Prior to version 1.1.2, the interpreter checks whether a key already exists in a parser-built container with `if (object[key])` instead of `if (key in object)`. When the prior value is a falsy primitive — `false`, `0`, `0n`, `0.0`, `-0`, or `""` — the duplicate-key branch is skipped and the value is silently overwritten by a later sub-table, dotted-key sub-table, or array-of-tables sharing the same name. Per the TOML 1.0.0 spec ("Defining a key multiple times is invalid"; "You cannot define any key or table more than once"), this should be a parse error. The result is structural type confusion of attacker-named keys in the value returned by `load()`. A boolean-typed `false` (or numeric `0`) becomes a truthy object. Host applications that gate behavior on `if (config.flag)`, `if (!user.banned)`, `if (config.allowDelete)`, or `if (config.publicMode)` will silently take the truthy branch. This is distinct from GHSA-65fc-cr5f-v7r2 (the 1.0.2 prototype-pollution fix). `Object.prototype` is not polluted. The `Object.create(null)` mitigation from 1.0.2 is intact; the bug here is in the duplicate-key state machine, not in container construction. Version 1.1.2 patches the incorrect comparison. | ||||
| CVE-2026-74790 | 1 Scriban | 1 Scriban | 2026-08-17 | 9.1 Critical |
| Scriban before 7.0.0 caches TypedObjectAccessor by Type only without considering MemberFilter changes, allowing reused TemplateContext instances to expose members that should be hidden. Attackers can access filtered properties and fields by reusing a TemplateContext after tightening its MemberFilter, bypassing sandbox policies across requests or tenants. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54981 | 1 Microsoft | 2 Python, Visual Studio Code | 2026-08-17 | 7.8 High |
| Inclusion of functionality from untrusted control sphere in Visual Studio Code - Python extension allows an unauthorized attacker to bypass a security feature locally. | ||||
| CVE-2026-20702 | 1 Intel | 1 Dcap | 2026-08-17 | N/A |
| Protection mechanism failure for some Intel(R) Data Center Attestation Primitives (Intel(R) DCAP) may allow information disclosure. Unprivileged software adversary with an unauthenticated user combined with a low complexity attack may enable data exposure. This result may potentially occur via network access when attack requirements are present with special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (none), integrity (high) and availability (none) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (high), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts. | ||||

| CVE-2026-73083 | 1 Activepieces | 1 Activepieces | 2026-08-13 | N/A |
| Activepieces is an open source AI workflow automation platform. Prior to 0.80.0, in SANDBOX_CODE_ONLY mode, the engine loads the compiled user module with importFresh(), a wrapper around Node.js require(), before the V8 isolate is applied. Top-level module code can therefore call require('child_process'), access fs, and use other Node.js APIs in the host engine process outside the sandbox. An authenticated user who can create a Code step can read environment secrets including AP_ENCRYPTION_KEY and AP_JWT_SECRET, read or write files, and reach internal services. This issue is fixed in version 0.80.0. | ||||
