| Concrete CMS 9 before 9.5.3 was vulnerable to stored cross-site scripting (XSS) in the Feature, Feature Link, Hero Image, and Image blocks and before Concrete 8.5.21 in the feature and Image blocks because the external link URL was insufficiently validated by the link filter and was rendered without output escaping. A user with page-editing permissions (such as Add Block combined with Edit Contents on a single page) could store a crafted external link value that broke out of the link markup and injected arbitrary JavaScript. The script executed in the browser session of any user who subsequently viewed, previewed, or edited the affected page, which could lead to session hijacking and escalation of privileges up to full administrative takeover. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 8.5 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:H/UI:P/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. | In nltk version 3.9.4, the `nltk.downloader.Downloader._download_package()` function writes downloaded package bytes to disk and may extract them before enforcing SHA-256 or MD5 checksum validation. This allows an attacker to tamper with the package response body for `info.url` through a compromised mirror, malicious proxy, or other source-substitution condition, leading to the installation of attacker-controlled package bytes. | Memory Allocation with Excessive Size Value vulnerability in ericmj decimal allows Denial of Service. Decimal.round/3 builds the full result for the requested number of decimal places before the context precision (34 digits by default) is applied, so its cost grows with the places argument instead of with the size of the result. For positive places it appends places zero digits to the coefficient as a charlist before converting it to an integer, and for negative places it builds a charlist of -places zero digits. A single call such as Decimal.round(Decimal.new("1.5"), -50_000_000) allocates about 5.5 GB of memory, which can exhaust available memory and get the BEAM VM killed. The oldest releases instead loop once per decimal place, consuming CPU in proportion to places. Any application that passes a user-supplied number of decimal places or scale to Decimal.round/2 or Decimal.round/3 without bounding it is exposed. The input limits added for CVE-2026-32686 do not cover the places argument. This issue affects decimal: from 0.1.0 before 3.1.2. | ||||

| In OpenStack Mistral through 23.0.0, the workflow membership API lets a project that has accepted a share of another project's private workflow create a further membership naming a third project. The new membership row is created with its project_id defaulted to the accepting project rather than the original workflow owner, and thus the owner can neither see nor delete it. The third project can accept this membership (that it had not actually been granted by the owner), and then read and execute the owner's private workflow; only the accepting (not the owning) project can later revoke that access. | ||||

Prior to 4.3.0, Svc::TlmPacketizer TlmRecv_handler fixed-slot copy TlmRecv_handler copies val.getSize bytes into entry.channelSize storage without confirming that the runtime value fits. When a telemetry update for a configured channel carries a serialized value larger than that channel fixed slot, the copy overwrites adjacent channel fields and causes corrupted packetized telemetry to be emitted. Prior to 4.2.0, Svc::FileUplink handleDataPacket offset and size validation is vulnerable because the component checks byteOffset plus dataSize with wrapping U32 arithmetic and then seeks to the large attacker-controlled offset before writing. When a file-uplink DATA packet supplies a byteOffset and dataSize whose unsigned sum wraps below the declared file size, data can be written beyond the declared upload size, causing file integrity loss and potentially large sparse-file growth or resource exhaustion. This issue is fixed in version 4.2.0. | ||||

When a CCSDS telecommand frame leaves a payload of six bytes or fewer after TcDeframer removes its header and trailer, the assertion aborts or resets the flight-software process, causing denial of service.
